Without fail; When-ever I see a telkom technical van in our area my line acts up. Even my kid have become aware of this phenomenon. Comments like "Ahh Heck telkoms busy in the area again" It's as if there are a few stable connections available in our saturated area so, if you log a complaint...- w6004841
