    Over 14,000 Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates issued to “PayPal phishing sites” Let’s Encrypt has issued 14,766 SSL certificates which contained the word “PayPal” in the domain name to domains which hosted phishing sites, according to a report by BleepingComputer.
