line dead

    Telkom Won't Fix my line (Vereeniging)

    OK so my line got damaged by weather right into the new year (line completely dead). All they have to do is reconnect the line to where it goes on the pole but its been 3 weeks and 25 phone calls later (including complaints on facebook, twitter and hellopeter) they are not coming out to fix it...
