Cape Town liquor by-laws
I just saw on e-news that there is a proposed by-law to introduce liquor curfews in Cape Town: 9pm in residential areas and 2am in other areas. I can't seem to find anything online, anyone know anything? Because it would be a really really bad idea...- kilps
