    Monthly NCA service fees change notification

    I received the following notice from Wesbank. I was wondering how legal this is seeing as I agreed to the initial service fee in the finance contract? Is this fee going to the financier or the NCR? I have not tried to find my copy of the original contract yet but it was a standard contract.

    NCA Service Fee (R57 every month)

    Perhaps this has been discussed before on MyBB but I can only find one thread that mentions it in passing. I'm pissed off about having to pay R57 every month on my vehicle finance for no apparent reason at all (I certainly was never informed of this fee by the bank before taking out finance)...
