    Long story short... congestion + distance = epic fail. I had endless trouble with Telscum during Jan and Feb 2013. I have a 1mb line and upgraded it to a 2mb line (+ ISP upgrade). My speeds during the day 7am to 11pm was terrible! 20-40Kbps and from 11pm to 7am it rocketted at 210Kbps. After...
