Is my line slow or am I paranoid?
Dear Broadbanders, I have recently changed from a mweb 4mb uncapped shaped account to an IS 4mb uncapped unshaped account. Everything in my gut tells me that the new line should be about 20% faster at least. I have 40 users here in Menlo Park. I have changed the IPs all to static to avoid...- CorneB
