    PDF Editing copying issue

    Hi guys, I have received a document from SARS to complete. The weird thing is I'll fill in my name on the PDF document, then as I click on the below blocks to enter my surname it automatically copies my name to all the fields?? Any idea why this happens? What causes this ? I'm using...
