    Unfair municipal property valuations (Tshwane / Pretoria)

    So I bought my house a year ago (transfer occurred in Jan 2016) for a little over 2m. Possibly too much but I looked around a lot and felt it was a good price (house is in a good condition and much bigger than what I was used to, the neighborhood is enclosed and had no incidents in 3 years...
