    My rainone router shows on and running but won't let anything connect

    My rainone wifi router is showing on and running but won't let any device connect. Not even manually through ethernet. Any suggestions on how to fix?

    Rain5G router never worked since it was delivered.

    Please help. Since My rain 5G router has never had internet connection since I received it and I have tried to contact Rain, log calls and move the router around without any success. It only shows one light (see picture attached)
