    Rye Bread

    I just baked a rye bread, my second baking. The first time the bread had a pale and hard crust, tasted good. I just had a slice of this one and it has a lovely chewy crust, so my with my succes, my plan is to become a very good rye bread baker :D Baked with caraway seeds.
