    Can direct sunlight damage my plasma TV?

    As the title suggests. If I let the sun in, it shines directly onto my TV and I'm a bit worried that it might cause some damage (if that's possible). Is the TV at risk or is it a non-issue?

    new TV (Samsung plasma vs. LG LED)

    hey guys, another TV suggestion thread here.... here's the deal.. my dad currently has a 32" V series sony (hd ready). He's quite a fan of sports on dstv, and watches some channels on discovery/cnbc/bvn sometimes mnet. Currently has a HD PVR decoder, no need for external media set up...
