Oxtail Potjie
OK, so the Potjie pot is on the boil. I braised the oxtail and shin meat and put it in the pot I've sauted and added the diced carrots onions tomato paste, worcester sauce, garlic, spices, bay leaves, etc. Now it has been boiling nicely for more than an hour... three more hours to go...- LazyLion
