    Source: TimesLIVE *sigh* This is ridiculous. I'm not sure what's more backwards, the fact that emergency (primary) services are striking (putting lives at risk) or that this dude had his hand cut off by his 'friend' over an argument about a girl. One thing about life--never a dull moment.
