For those of you who've used the junction dos util before, or are familiar with *nix symlinks, here's a nice context menu plugin I found for windows. http://schinagl.priv.at/nt/hardlinkshellext/hardlinkshellext.html I'm currently using it to add dirs from outside of my main dropbox dir...- murraybiscuit
