Telkom Mobile WiFi always down

It seems, in Kempton Park, Telkom Mobile has been down for a number of weeks already. Not one of the hotspots in the Festival Mall works. Also none of the other hotspots in Kempton that I tested has worked. They all connect, then it just says "Your internet connection is unstable", and there's...
