Are you asked for a TV-license if you buy a TV online (takealot, loot, etc)? Where would I be able to buy a TV without the TV-license requirement? I only use the TV for streaming and other local content, tuner is not used at all (don't have any kind of antenna connected). A display would also...- Nod
