VDSL2 with vectoring

I used kitz adsl2+ max speed calculatorhttp://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/max_speed_calc.php it says I am 1.6 km away from a dslam. If that dslam would get replaced by a MSAN with vdsl2 with vectoring can I get 40mb with a vdsl2 router?
