Windows Vista Basic Product key but no CD

I have an Acer E625 eMachine with a Vista Basic product key underneath. There is no recovery partition on the hard drive as it was formatted by the owner. Where can I get an ISO image downloaded so that I can install it and then activate it with the product key underneath the laptop?
