DSTV Explorer keeps restarting. Suspect due the dip in municipal voltage
I am sure that I am not the only one who's Decoder keeps restarting (Booting) don't see any indication of a voltage dip, like lights flick. It's not the power supply as I have put in a new one. I am wondering if some capacitors on the DC plug will solve this problem. Stephen- voipnow
