My son recently started playing War Thunder mmog. As a slightly paranoid IT geek I try keep the PC reasonably secure (firewall, av, peerblocker, etc.). When starting up war thunder I notices a lot of suspicious network traffic and loads of warnings in the various logs. So I just wanted to warn... -

War Thunder europa servers being throttled by Telkom ISP?
Since 11 Nov 2013 my war thunder pings went from a very consistent 200 ~ 220 to a very erratic 300 ~ 1200 and constant "bad network connection" message when playing. I think Telkom as my ISP is incorrectly throttling me as they do not recognise the eu server as an online gaming server. Anybody...- Thuunda
