    When uploading to youtube, it continuously reloads to eg. 9% then starts again 1 to 9%. PLEASE help to fix

    We have updated operating system, used various networks, different browsers (chrome, firefox, edge), different computers. Every time I try to upload our video it just continuously start over and over. This problem started 3 weeks ago. switching internet security off did not help either.(kaspersky)
