I was with Mweb when uncapped was launched and the service is good till in this year when they launched the uncapped throttled accounts, thats when I moved over to Telkom. I do however think they could come out with some more features they could offer to there customers like Mweb and Afrihost and many other ISP offer. eg. They offer a usage tracker that shows you a graph of usage and not the amount of usage used, ect
If its your first month then its prorated
It been active since the first and its not prorated as it says on the Telkom invoice (09June to 08 July) Full month. Plus you cannot prorate the TI account.
