*111# Not working

I've been trying *111# all week to get settings without success. Has the number changed??

"Service temp. unavailable. Please try again later. Dial *121# (MyServices) for main menu or cust. services on 082111"

As far as I know *121# charges for use, so why redirect people there?
 
Thanks for the replies. There was no response from the elusive Vodacom 'rep' on the forum, so I began to think I was having some sort of technical problem. Mine's also working again. I noticed the menu is different too.
