1mbps Download Speed Possible?

I've got a 1mbps ADSL ..

Why are still on 1Mbps ? Minimum is now 2Mbps & if Telkom or your ISP haven't upgraded you yet, you should be able to call them to do so by now without a problem.

Thanks guys for the help of understanding this, a little strange how this works but yeah.. appreciate it. So I just phone Telkom and tell them I want a free upgrade to 2Mbps?

Pretty much, you have to select the option for adsl if I remember correctly.

Alternatively send a PM to TelkomZA on these forums and ask them to sort you out.
