I used the 7 day cooling off period and even got a REF for it. But nobody has gotten back to me yet (over a week).
I was getting a speed test of 5 to 7k/s to THEIR site on their backbone.
Was called on Wednesday to say they have thrown more bandwidth at the problem rather than fixing it. Was good from Then but today (12 June) it is back to the snail pace.
