A Grace period

I wonder if we, the consumer will be allowed a grace period to leave our current contracts with Telkom without any penalty when the new SNO begins its operations?

Politicians could when they wanted to swap parties why can't we? I don't believe in them anymore which should allow me to defect......

all (most??) contracts hava a 7 day grace period from the day of signing, otherwise it's only upon agreement from both parties.
