A qeustion i have been thinking about.

What is better shutting down your pc everytime your done working on it? Or just leaving your pc on 24/7??
Either witch way it is wear and tear on your pc isn't it??

You do want to restart every now and again, especially on XP. They take care of it with installations and that nifty BSOD feature.

my pc goes on at 530pm and switches off automatically at 3am.So the next day its off and when i get home from my stupid sob job,i switch it on and when i nod of at 1pm in the morning it switches itself off at 3am again(poweroff30 program)...
This is normal hey or am i over doing it,Been doing it for a long time already and no harm done except reloading windows xppr like 30 times in the last 2 years
