Account cancelled.

This morning I couldn`t login to Iburst, rejecting my username or password.
Phoned the helpdesk and they told me my account has been cancelled to my amazement because I have not requested this.

Update will follow as soon as their incompetent account department gets to work....
 
I wish they can make more perminent F?$%*k *P like this. Run while you can. Miracles do happen.

Are you still receiving email band width reports?:confused:

Maybe they disconnected yours instead of mine as this morning I have yet another bw report.:(

Update:

Spoke to account, apparently I have R2,353 outstanding on my account.
From last year. She said my debit orders came back from the bank, so I told her that is impossible because it’s on the business bank account with a overdraft so there is no way it could have come back.

She said she will do a complete recon and phone me back, atleast she is very helpful.
 
None the less she was still taking a chance trying to screw you out of that money.
 
R2,353?! Ouch... I really hope you don't end up having to pay for that. That's ridiculous if it's not true. Good luck, holding thumbs!

From last year. She said my debit orders came back from the bank, so I told her that is impossible because it’s on the business bank account with a overdraft so there is no way it could have come back.

She said she will do a complete recon and phone me back, atleast she is very helpful.
 
Man, I hope you come right. At least until you get ADSL. ;) You are going that route, right?
 
I was on Iburst and continue to read this forum.Joined prior to Iburst before the official launch.I was with them until 3 months ago.Their accounts department are the most inefficient people I have ever met.When I cancelled they still charged me even although I gave the correct notice of 1 month.I have gone the ADSL route and have no complaints so far.I feel sorry for those people who are on contract with Iburst as I do believe Iburst will go the same way as My Wireless.Service is the name of the game.

:eek: not another one of iBurst's accounts department 'you owe us lots of money' stuff-ups...

All the posts I've been seeing lately about this, and I hardly ever venture into this forum, but it cannot be a coincidence - it is either deliberate on iBurst's part or their systems have been penetrated again.
 
They either managed to work out that I had canceled or no body received band width emails today, so far nothing in my email about BW.:rolleyes:

Did anyone who is still with iburst receive an email BW report today?

Whatever it is it's not a coincidence, more like incompetence.:rolleyes:
