ADSL Account with DIALUP access?

I see that there is a nice list of POP Numbers stickied here. I also note that they are catagorised under IS & SAIX. Now, the question that I want to ask everyone is:

What ISP's gives one access to these dial up numbers by subscribing to a ADSL account from them. I know WebAfrica is one of them. Any other ISP's that also offer this?

Paradigmsolutions.co.za gives you the same on their SAIX based ADSL accounts. "Free Dialup Facility"

And all these are based on the SAIX accounts. Is it only SAIX that offers this?
