ADSL and Property Prices.

The house next to us has just been sold.
The new owner came over for a chat last night and said that one of the main reasons that contributed to him buying the house next door was that we can get ADSL in this area.
Just shows you how important internet access is becoming in this country.

people here carry on and on about the high prices of adsl in SA, but i think less than 5% of people in the country actually knows what it is nevermind worries about how much it costs or doesnt cost

Most people also think that ADSL is only R250.00 and then I have to give them a 5 min lecture on Telkom and the charges! Just goes to show how Telkom advertise and give people the impression about the prices.
