but are there any real evidences for local shaping? I don't think that telkom would actually do that (just for the sake of games etc.).

Which ISPs do actually offer IS accounts?

Just think...TELKOM announces VoIP, Existing skype VoIP users suddenly experience problems, so does P2P and all else. Suddenly speeds drop dramatically since 1 Oct. WHAT is going on ??

See this graph of my TCPIQ since 1 Oct. This is with and without FreeVPN

Average dropped from 500Kbps to less than 333Kbps. I tried some new tweaks since last night, used old successful setting. Still no Joy, Check this mornings manual tests ?????????????
