Advice needed on PC shops in Bloemfontein

I have a niece at university in Bloemfontein which need a PC urgently. I can send her one from Cape Town, but buying a PC locally just makes much more sense to me. Can you good folk please recommend a reputable PC Shop in Bloem.

Buy from an Online store, shipping should not be more than R55.00.

Sorry Person, I don't mean to sounds like a party pooper, but shipping a whole pc @ R55? That's unheard of in South Africa, maybe R250 at the lowest my friend
