I'm looking at signing up for the 4mbps home uncapped. Can anyone confirm if you have been throttled on this package upon reaching your FUP cap? How often does the throttling occur? Will it stay throttled till end of the month?
How is the experience in general?
Also, is it just me or do the afrihost call centre agents don't know their job? Feels like most of them know nothing about their packages. Or how to answer queries.
