Hi all
Dealing with a situation with a client in which an email is sent via outlook, it shows as sent, but never reaches the intended recipient.
If webmail is used (webmail.naturallygood.co.za) then sending works fine. I can also send from naturallygood.co.za to naturallygood.co.za fine, but the should an email be sent from naturallygood.co.za to outside naturallygood.co.za emails don't reach recipients.
Should mention there are several email addresses, and there is a single email address from the same domain that does send and receive fine via Outlook, the rest give me the above issue.
I spent over an hour dealing with Afrihost's WhatsApp line, the client spent most of the day dealing with them, and we got absolutely nowhere. They kept on asking me to check and change outlook authentication settings, and change different ports. I kept on telling them, that this was an absolute waste of time, as firstly the settings matched the Outlook account that was actually working, and secondly, as mentioned sending from naturallygood to naturallygood works fine. Should Outlook Mailbox settings, and ports been to blame even that should've not gone through.
Had to call it a day due to Loadshedding, but today am going to continue again today, but would appreciate advice.
Thanks
