Afrihost / Vumatel - how long do speed upgrades take?

I upgraded from 200/200mbps to 1000/200mbps yesterday, but it's still not reflecting today (also rebooted ont and router to try and get a new session).

Any idea - before I log a support request (posting here is quicker)...

You can change your Fibre package by clicking on the Edit Package button in the Connectivity section of ClientZone.

I see 2-48 hour waiting period - so I guess I'll wait (even though I have the automated email from them telling me that Vumatel has actioned the upgrade).

Usually its instant. My upgrade happened within a few mins

Hi,

Our system submits the upgrade automatically which takes about 2 hours or so with Vuma.

If it's not completed by the next day something went wrong and we would need to investigate further.

Please send me a pm with your email so I can have a look for you.
