Airmobile and MTN

Can both be used interchangeably in the same SIM by just changing the APN to switch between MTN data and Afrihost data?

Thanks. Will try. Tried to setup the Melon sim as an Airmobile sim but that doesn’t seem to be working. I mean I didn’t expect it to but you never know.
