Alexa.com Blocked??

Can anyone of you on ADSL access www.alexa.com ?
I was try to see what the www.myadsl.co.za ranking was.

I am on Telkom 3GB account and when I tried to go to Alexa I got this message:

We're sorry but you do not have permission to access http://www.alexa.com/. Your IP address, 198.XX.XXX.XXX, has been blocked due to a possible violation of our Terms of Service.

I get the same error message on a IS leased line.

Sometimes Slashdot also blocks me. Some genius tried to DoS their server from an SAIX ADSL IP. So everytime it's my lucky day to get that IP, I cannot read Slashdot. And as any geek worth their salt would know, this is catastrophic.
