Alternative to SkypeIn ??

Does anyone know of a service similar to SkypeIn with which I can register a Cape Town number? Thanks

you won't be able to get a cape town number (unless through telkom). Sompe VOIP providers have 087 numbers for incoming calls. I saw an advert on myadsl a while ago just can't remember the company's name.
