over or under - im not sure but , last month the property rates had 4 entries ( see above theres two ) so i queried it and got the above account today

Well they now owe you 10k so previously over billing, guess your query was sorted

oh - thats interesting , see pic below . that line is unclear - is it ONLY showing the LAST payment ? because i made two payments around 6th Sept which arent included in that 2500

I would say they haven't allocated those payments to your account if you can't find them on any statement.

They acknowledge receipt but haven't allocated them or put them on your statement?

they said its allocated , it was 40k so if i hadnt paid that the arrears would have been 56k

the 16k arrears showing was a massive recon over a few years - she mentioned millions of rands

In my opinion, it should be on a statement somewhere as acknowledgement of it being recieved.

the lady i spoke to did quote the exact amount i paid without me telling her the amount
