Anyone in CT crawling?

Since "they" reset my nice fast IP about an hour ago my connection has been crawling.:sick:

I've changed IP a few times since but still crawling, I assume there are others with the same problem as I've hardly touched my carry over bw nevermind this months quota.:eek:

EDIT: it seems to be improving, funny how I only have speed problems when "they" play around with the system.

Well downloading is back to +1mbps and browsing back up to speed, hopefully "they" keep their little fingers out of the system while it's working.
