Most likely they will have to reroute traffic if it is an undersea cable issue, cause that will take long to get sorted

Hey guys.. Just checked this thread today.. I had no issues with Telkom LTE uncapped package.. All working fine through saturday including netflix, google, youtube.. Etc. The only difference is i connect to the " TelkomInternet" apn and not internet..

Next time we have downtime maybe try that apn

Just came here to check WTF was going on with my LTE data. Phone wouldn't even start data connection. Tried this and voilà! I'm online again. It's only H+, but wasn't able to even get an Edge connection before.
It works. At least I get to use the data I paid for.

Telkom have a 7 day cooling of period where u can cancel with no penalty
