Any of you guys have a bill limit on your contract?

I applied for bill limit on all my contracts because my wife just likes to use the cellphone too much.

Now the stupid thing is this. It's a Procall120 contract with 120anytime minutes and 500sms bundle loaded onto that.

If she uses up all her free minutes and she reaches the bill limit amount but she still have sms's left she wont be able to use it because all services on the contract will be stopped until the next billing date.

Same with free minutes. If she uses her phone for data and she reaches the bill limit then she won't be able to use her free minutes.

Isn't that just plain stupid???

Nope all networks do that...
Its to make it simple for the customers when querying this and that.
If its possible to only limit calls, but allow sms's then its stupid.

But as it is when your limit is reached everything is locked.

I think it's stupid. I also have an MTN (SP) contract, on mycall100, if I finish my 15 peak minutes and then get billed for the remaining calls, once I reach the limit I can't use up my off-peak minutes [85], nor can I use my sms's.
