I am with Bronberg Wisp. Been with them for about 4 months now, very reliable Internet speeds and ping to Google.com is average 5ms. I had a ping to a overseas game server at 230ms which is also pretty good. Their monthly subs might seem a bit steep, but if you compare it with ADSL it is either slightly more expensive or a bit less expensive.
