The address book falcility in the callquest billing section is a really hopeless interface. It is meant so you can assign names to number but when you add an entry it doesnt allow you to associate a phonenumber to it
Fields marked with * are mandatory
* Name: "Debonairs"
Nickname:
Birthday:
Email:
Contact Type:
Only once you've created an entry does it show this, and when you put your mouse over the 0 it is not obvious to that it will take you to the next option

Debonairs Personal 0 0
Then, below is a hint
Click inside the Numbers column to add a contact's number...
Only when doing that do you get:
Numbers belonging to Debonairs
You have to click Add again to get

It would also be nice if the time and effort it takes to do this would reflect on the paper statement.
