Can't see other computers on Network - Windows 10

I think OP has access and various means to do so, but is irritated that the network tab doesn't show what he expects. I gave up on in windows 3.1, if not before, but fair enough. It does irk when such a simple thing doesn't behave as it should.

I know yes, hence why I'm saying use quick access as its above the network link in the same column.

Does all the pc's have passwords? reason being i had the same issue until I enabled passwords on all the PC's and was able to see the network pc's and enter the username and password(once off) to access them. Weird ****.

They have passwords. It really just seem like it is not a user issue (me) but just a really useless and unreliable network function.
