If you click on Disk Management, on the bottom-right pane you should see the the disks in numbered order. Right-click the disk (on the right-hand side which shows the drive letters of the other drives) which represents the drive and choose Change Drive Letter and Path.Can't assign it a different letter. I've tried the master drive from the old system and that one worked fine, i'm pretty sure they're both NTFS, as is my new OS.
