Are we waking up or what! The minister is beginning to see apples for apples. I wonder how she came to these conclusions? Any guesses?

This needs to be viewed in context.

IMHO this is typical Politician-type talk in the few months ahead of the election.

Fact: This woman has dilly-dallied around the SNO -- referring the matter back to ICASA when the latter referred it back to her.

She still hasn't the will to make deregulation happen -- or perhaps doesn't want to tarnish the ANC's reputation with COSATU -- remember the issues when Telkom listed?
