Does anyone know where I can download the Cell C dashboard in a format that can be "flashed" to a Vodafone K3565-2 (Huawei E160) USB modem. I did ask Cell C online support but was sent the completely wrong file.

Would also like this - but think that you will have to get it from Cell C.
Would be much better to flash it with Mobile Partner instead.
All in all unless you are planning on installing the modem in a number of different machines, just use stand alone Mobile Partner or MDMA.
I originally flashed it with Mobile Partner but it failed to get a reply from a *101# query. MDMA however worked OK so I am assuming that the Cell C dashboard would also work OK
What version of MP did you flash it with?

The version of MP that I have on a few modems does not support USSD - but the Cell C one does.
Is there a version of MP that supports USSD ? If there is then that is what I need.

I used UTPS16.001.06.01.500 & my firmware version is 11.608.10.51.00
Version 16.001.06.01.500 does have USSD support.

Yes I agree but it does not work with my K3565-2. It sends the request but never receives an answer.

Never been able to get anything out of the Huawei site with Google - must be blocked.
It might be that Mobile Partner doesn't know how to decode the USSD responses from that particular modem/firmware. It happens.
Nah, Huawei just don't make everything available for download, in particular firmware upgrades. You have to trawl Google to find them, it helps if you have the exact version number though.
