Cell C electronic bills crashing systems?

Is it just me, or do anyone else's systems experience that crashing feeling when trying to download/open Cell C's .emc electronic bills? Worked fine initially, using the official keymail.exe key, and indeed no problem saving/opening similar Voda bills using the same system. But with Cell C it's been happening for months now, irrespective of whether I use Opera or Internet Explorer (in XP). So I haven't seen my Cell C bill for months. Or perhaps that's what they want.....
